S&W Kitchens Goes the Distance

A family-owned business since 1977, S&W Kitchens launched a radio campaign with Cox Media Group in 2008 in the greater Orlando metro area with the dual goals of generating revenue and expanding their customer base outside of greater Orlando into central Florida.  Their custom kitchen and bath company now boasts six locations across Florida which feature "one-stop shopping" showrooms where buyers can work with designers to make their dream kitchen or bath remodel a reality.

The Media Mix

Engaging content across a wide variety of media channels captured new leads and the target audience of homeowners seeking beautifully remodeled kitchens and baths.  

  • Over-The-Top Video (OTT) used to capture audience leads from video as viewing habits began to transition away from traditional cable outlets and toward streaming and online viewing.

  • YouTube TrueView was included early on because of the massive increase in consumer video consumption habits. Homeowners are watching everything from home decorating to entertainment.

  • Radio endorsements on WBDO and WDUV as well as local Ask the Expert call-in sponsor-based programming to establish expertise, credibility, and trust.

  • Paid Search and Targeting Display with Retargeting were leveraged to reach lower funnel buyers.

Performance

S&W Kitchens grew from two locations to six locations and even expanded into a new region, West Florida, as they continue to grow as a leader in kitchen and bath remodeling.
